APPLICATION:

Bore spacers are designed to temporarily support an array of ducts within a bore until the casing can be filled with grout or similar suitable fill material. Bore spacers also maintain accurate duct position and alignment. Formex® has been supplying the utility industry with high quality, cost saving bore spacers since the late 1960’s. Bore spacers produced by Formex® have proven to reduce installation time, boosting efficiency and ensuring that the installation is done right.

CONSTRUCTION:

Formex® begins with sheets of 1/2″ or 3/4″ thick stress relieved high density polyethylene (HDPE), a material selected for its extreme durability, imperviousness to most industrial chemicals, and resistance to the elements. We then cut the spacers per design, holding the tightest tolerances, on our state of the art CNC machining center. Caster assemblies are mounted, and the spacers packaged for quick shipment to your job site. We have the sales and engineering talent to design a custom spacer to meet and exceed your specific needs, and the manufacturing capabilities to produce it when you need it.
