A: Attach Duct Terminator to outer form jacket by using a hex head bolt or similar fastener applied from the outside. After the concrete has set, remove bolts and pull forms.

B: Several Duct terminator modules may be bonded together to form a single panel which in turn is positioned and fastened to outer form jacket. Reinforcing rods can be placed between the two walls of the terminator panel. By ordering terminators with membranes, the use of plugs to block openings can be eliminated. Membranes give watertight seal.

(NOTE: Same procedure applies for precast and poured-in-place vaults and manholes.)

C: After all ducts are terminated, membranes may be removed with a knife or by using screwdriver and hammer.
